i was using muscle synergy by beverly for a few years and stopped using it. i started using n.o. six star that i bought at wallmart. i noticed that i lost strength, power, explosiveness, hardness of my muscles, and a little bit of size. i cant believe how weak i got and i still use creatin and protein shakes. i just started using muscle synergy again and im very happy. i recomend this product pre-workout as the best thing ive ever used. i play semi-pro football and i will be 47 in march. my brother told me about this as he is a former power lifter. thank you beverly!

I started using Muscle Synergy about 3 weeks ago. I am a 19 y/o male, 6'2" 170 pounds. I havent put on any weight really, but today I tried my max bench again. About a month ago i maxed at 195, today i put up 235 pounds for my new max. I have only been using this product along with some protein. There is no way protein increase my bench by 40lbs. in a month. So Muscle Synergy has to be it, try and find out for yourself!

Bottom line it works. It's expensive and you'll get sick of the full dose however when you're in mid cycle you can't deny the results. Pumps are intense, vascularity and strength increases along with recovery time. In the future I'm going to cycle it because of my weight. 24 pills is hard to choke down over long periods. The good thing is Beverly doesn't have to "push" the supplements they sell, the supplements sell themselves. In my case I saw results within 3 weeks. This is how I took the product: 8 pills in the morning upon rising on an empty stomach, 8 pills mid day on an empty stomach and 8 pills 30 minutes prior to training. Sunday is my OFF day and I don't take any supplements to give my system a break. This works for me however may not work for you. Good luck.
