| I was diagnosed as
with osteoporosis and decided NOT to take drugs. I take Bone up and use a weight walking vest made by nyknyc.
Its been one yr and I have gotten a 10% bone density increase! My MD said to keep using the nyknyc weight vest and keep taking Jarrow Bone up
also try to have a healthy diet that is also important.
My vest was recommended by my physician she also uses it |

| I have been using this product to combat osteopenia. It is the most complete bone building product I have found, containing both calcium, magnesium, Boron, B12, Vitamin K and other minerals/vitamins that play a role in bone formation and resorption. My doctor recommended this product to me. |
