I've literally tried just about every type of protein shake that's been on the market over the last two decades- whey, egg, soy, you name it. All of them gave me GI distress- bloating, gas, etc. But I finally tried Jarrow Formula's Brown Rice Protein product, and I get none of the digestion problems I get with the other protein powders. It's sugar free too, so it's the best way for me to keep my protein intake high without taking in too many calories.
