I've used every type of weight loss pill, a lot of creatine powders, and plenty of whey proteins. I am 6 foot even around 175 and do push ups and 25 lb dumbbell curls every day. I do cardio 3 days a week with jump training. I used 100% whey protein for 3 months straight and saw minimal results. I got annoyed and decided to go to muscle milk. I saw results in 3 DAYS!!! my chest muscles were more toned as well as my upper arms. forget whey use this! i drink right after my workout (with weights and/or abs) and right before i go to sleep. I have not added a pound but the definition is great!
